Working with your broker

Broker Help

Your broker can help you with a compliance question, a client complaint, a transaction, a listing, a buyer agreement, a referral, or record keeping. To help, they may need to see part of your CRM — the contact and what has happened with them. Here is what that means, and you decide.

If you share, here is exactly what your broker sees.

What they can see Contact name, phone and email · consent flags · tasks and appointments · what happened and when (date, action, channel, outcome) · notes you filed under a work category: appointment, compliance, follow-up, transaction, supervision.
What stays private Your own notes about the person · anything filed under any other category · every contact belonging to another agent. It is read-only, and it ends one hour after you say yes.

Stuck on something? Ask your broker

Tell them what you need help with. They can look at the relevant records for an hour so they can actually answer you. Because you asked, they get access straight away — you don’t have to approve anything twice. You can stop it at any time.
