Pathfinder is a performance program for licensed Realtors who are ready to do the work — not just talk about it. Acceptance is earned. Your place in this program is protected by your daily actions and lost by your absence of them.

Unresponsiveness to direct broker coaching
Conduct unbecoming of a Pathfinder Realtor
Failure to complete the Proving Period

Program Commitments

Daily Scorecard SubmissionI understand my scorecard is due by 8:00 PM MST every business day. Two missed deadlines in any 30-day period triggers a formal review and may result in removal from the program.
Honest Activity ReportingI will report my actual activity numbers — not what I wish I did, not rounded up, not estimated. Falsifying scorecard data is grounds for immediate removal with no right to reapply for 90 days.
Session AttendanceI will attend the Monday 7–8 AM and Friday 8–8:30 AM MST sessions. Missing two consecutive sessions is grounds for removal from the program.
Compliance in All OutreachI understand that every call, text, DM, email, and door knock I make as a Pathfinder must comply with DNC regulations, Fair Housing law, NAR Code of Ethics, RESPA, TCPA, and all applicable state regulations. A compliance violation is grounds for immediate removal.
Coaching ResponsivenessI will respond to direct broker coaching within 24 hours. I understand that coaching is not optional in this program — it is the program. I commit to being coachable, not just trainable.
Minimum Weekly ContactsI understand the minimum contact requirements by level: Trailblazer: 50/week · Pathfinder: 75/week · Guide: 100/week. Repeated failure to meet minimums will result in a formal review.
Proving PeriodI understand the Proving Period requires 150 minimum contacts in 15 business days with daily scorecards. Failure to complete the Proving Period results in removal. I may reapply after 30 days.
Removal and Reapplication PolicyI understand that removal from the program does not prevent future participation. I may reapply after 30 days. Acceptance is always earned — not assumed.

I am a licensed Realtor who has chosen to hold myself to a higher standard — not because it was required, but because I understand what is at stake.

I will prospect every day. I will tell the truth about my numbers. I will show up when I don't feel like it, make the calls I'm afraid to make, and have the conversations most agents avoid.

I will protect my clients by following the law in every interaction — in every channel, with every person, without exception. My license is not a technicality. It is my professional identity.

I will be coached — not just trained. I understand the difference. Training gives me information. Coaching changes my behavior. I am here for the second thing.

I understand that my place in this program is earned daily. I will not coast. I will not hide. I will not blame the market, the season, or my circumstances for my inaction.

I am building a real estate business — not working a real estate job. Every contact I make today is an asset I am adding to my future.

If I cannot live up to this standard — I will step aside so someone who can takes my seat.
