Growth Shares are contractual profit-participation units — not stock, not equity. They entitle you to a proportional share of Waypoint Noven's quarterly distributable profits based on how many shares you hold.

If you leave Waypoint Noven for any reason, all Growth Shares are immediately and automatically forfeited. No exceptions. When an agent leaves, their shares are removed from the pool — which increases the per-share value for every agent who stays.
