What the scoreboard counts
- Each tile is the calls, texts, DMs or emails you logged as going out, today or this week (Monday to Sunday). Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn messages count as DMs.
- The number after the slash is your daily target. Change targets, or turn a channel off, under Targets. New contacts can have a daily target too; a target of 0 means none.
- Total adds up the channels you track. Originals and distributions are content you posted, counted on their own and never added to Total.
- Conversations are logs marked Connected. They are a result, so they sit apart from the effort tiles.
- New contacts are the people added to your Waypoint CRM database today or this week, by the date each contact was created. This is how your database grows. It is a result, never added to Total, and it matches New contacts on Results. Archived contacts are not counted. If you also use the OS CRM, the people added there in the same window are added in, and the tile shows how many came from each.
- Logging someone's reply, a booked meeting or a "not interested" never counts as another call, text, DM or email.
- Calls, texts, DMs and emails logged on a contact's own page count here too. Anything logged in both places counts once.
- Colours show progress toward each target: the bar fills as you go, gold at half way, green with a check once it is met. This week, teal means you are on pace for where you should be by today (the week target is five working days).
