Waypoint OS, LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company that builds and operates Waypoint OS, a transaction management and compliance platform for real estate brokerages.

What Waypoint OS Does

Real estate brokerages use Waypoint OS to manage transactions, commission disbursement approvals, document compliance, deadlines, and agent onboarding. Licensed agents, brokers, and staff access the platform by invitation from their brokerage.

SMS Notifications

Waypoint OS sends automated transactional text messages to account holders who choose to receive them, such as transaction submission alerts, CDA approval notices, document status updates, and deadline and compliance reminders. These messages are not marketing.
